    With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, I have built a career that spans from my early days as a junior negotiator through to roles in administration, property management, and accounts administration. My journey has provided me with a well-rounded understanding of both sales and lettings, enabling me to deliver exceptional service at every stage.

    During the COVID lockdown, I took the opportunity to upskill by obtaining a recognised bookkeeping qualification by AAT, further strengthening my expertise. This pivotal step inspired a desire to transition more fully into the finance sector, where I can combine my deep knowledge of lettings with my genuine passion for accounts.

    Approachable and committed, I am excited to bring together my property background and financial skills to support clients and colleagues, helping to drive success and growth for our team.

    With over 20 years of experience in the lettings industry, I have honed my expertise, having previously been positioned as the Head of Department for a fast paced agency in Central London. I appreciate the importance of keeping your Landlords needs met in a competitive industry.

    I understand the complexities of dealing with client money and take great pride in taking care of those aspects so that you can focus on building your business and delivering an outstanding service.

    Throughout my career, I have overseen a large team, handling a wide range of complex issues and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. My hands-on approach and dedication enable me to deliver exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike, making sure every challenge is met with professionalism and efficiency.

    I am an experienced Administrator with a diverse professional background and a passion for organisation, efficiency, and high-quality service. Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of roles—each one shaping the adaptable, detail-driven professional I am today.

    My journey has included running my own home-based childcare business, working in customer-facing retail environments, supporting clinical teams as an NHS ward-based Healthcare Assistant, and holding several administrative positions across different sectors. This blend of experiences has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and approach every task with both care and precision.

    I’m known for having a keen eye for detail, a genuine commitment to helping others, and a steady, reliable approach to work. Whether I’m coordinating information, supporting teams, or streamlining processes, I take pride in delivering work that is accurate, organised, and thoughtfully executed.

    My contribution helps ensure the office operates smoothly and that all financial matters are kept up to date. I mainly assist staff with their workload, offering practical assistance, administrative support, and the benefit of my extensive expertise.
